==Biography==
Sygnus is the better half of his twin sister Donutella. In his youth he studied the works of blacksmiths, enamored by their expertise, as they skillfully molded metal into anything they desired. It was through this fascination that he became an apprentice himself to some of the most skilled smiths of Rome. It would be from this experience that he would pick up a fine attention to detail. Realizing that he was destined for more than smithing, Sygnus followed in his father, Monkeus's footsteps into Administration, but less in the aspect of politics and more into the logistical side of the gathering and distribution of resources for all of Rome, utilizing his careful call to detail he had carefully cultivated over the years.

==Story==
Day One of Year One

Sygnus did not have a great first day in his newly appointed position as Governor of Food and Beverages. Being given less than helpful directions to his very own office space that was shared between his fellow governors and himself, he eventually found it and upon arriving, learned that he only had two staff out of the some twenty workers who pledged to work under him.
Masononius, a trusted plebeian to the Vinarii and Axonia Vinarius, was the only one who remained loyal to the Governor.

In light of this, Sygnus then went out and searched for his workers before discovering that a majority of his staff had pursued a combination of other trades and businesses; one of which being what was known as Pleb Bread.
Upon learning this, he returned to the Administration Building, where he met with the Governor of Agriculture to discuss how he was fairing, before a messenger had arrived to tell the governors that someone had falsified information, telling the general public that the Governors of Agriculture and Food & Beverages had approved of the Fulminii Family to take over the means of collecting of wheat and the distribution of such directly to Pleb Bread where they would sell food to the public and retain all the revenue.
In light of this, The Governor of Agriculture; Boreā Vulpēculus, The Governor of the Treasury; Jestius Cento, and The Governor of Food & Beverages; Sygnus Vinarius, all departed at once to the Government owned farms at once.
When they arrived they found some guards and representatives of the Fulminii Family there. It was Jestius who immediately took control of the situation and with the support of the rest of the governors at his back, the Fulminii present relinquished their control of the farms. Disturbed by the turn of events that had transpired, the three governors then chose to meet at the Vulpēculus Family Estate to discuss what had transpired, before a patrol of armed guards had arrived to arrest Jestius Cento for crimes against Rome.
Not feeling safe in the Vulpēculus Estate with the arrest of Governor Cento, the two remaining governors then went to the Vinarii estate to once more discuss what had happened before a different set of guards had arrived to arrest a governor, but this time it would be Governor Boreā Vulpēculus would be taken away by the legions for crimes. Not feeling safe anywhere, Sygnus would feel rightfully threatened and go to his father, Monkeus Vinarius to ask for his help in this matter.

Early the next morning, Sygnus would remain home in the Vinarii estate where he would be meticulously planning out ways to out-source the means of production of bread making; which had unfortunately been a lengthy process, to the general public. In addition to this he had been thinking of proposing to his fellow governors of a set price to buy and sell bread to the public that way there would be no need of a middle man to pay the workers and instead the government would buy the bread from the workers, and the government would sell that bread to the public at a higher price.
Unfortunately, later on that morning a governor had failed to set the buy and sell prices in accordance to what was planned and instead had set the selling price of bread higher than the buying price. This in combination with the scheming of an unknown group had resulted in the bankruptcy of the treasury as well as the shortage of bread for the general public. Thinking in the moment of what to do next to resolve this crisis, Sygnus then suggested to the other governors that if bread is mass produced and there were lots in circulation, its price would be nearly worthless. As a result Sygnus would then go to his sister Axonia to ask her to instruct the staff to produce as much bread as possible, given the lack of staff that Sygnus had. He then asked his fellow governors to also make as much bread as they could as well to help with the demand for bread. He would then remain in his family estate for the remainder of the day, still not trusting that he was truly safe in the eyes of the public.

Day Three of Year Two (The Start of Rebellion)
It was upon this day that Sygnus had been approached by his father, Monkeus, and given a task. Its purpose? To root out the corruption that would seek to undermine and destroy the spirit and values to which Rome holds dear. This task would have Sygnus search through the logs and transcripts of the purchases and selling of products made by various citizens of Rome that had taken place on Day two of the first year. The purchases and selling of goods that would be called into question though would be those of significant amounts that had come about several times in a matter of seconds. It were these findings that Sygnus had sought out. At once upon hearing of this, the young man would leave for the treasury and research these findings.
Over the course of hours on end, Sygnus would look through the records making notes of suspicious transactions committed by the Roman citizens. His findings however had been quite alarming, as he recorded the information upon parchment. His findings of course would reveal that there were a handful of citizens; both plebeian and patrician, that had abused the administrative branch of government by buying and selling excessive amounts of the same goods which had contributed to the bankruptcy of the Republic.
Realizing that he had come across potentially a greater plot than a mere plan for acquiring large amounts of wealth, Sygnus began to grow paranoid that his life was still at great risk and left the treasury, to find the one person he could trust in the city with this information, his twin Donutella.

Tiggy Vinarius Scaevola was not a name that would come to mind to most when thinking of the Vinarius family line.
Descending from a distantly related and smaller branch of the Vinarii lineage, during their darkest hours of crisis, her family was caught in the crossfire of zealous fanaticism as most if not all of her direct family were blamed and subsequently killed. The true story of the small family has remained all but lost to time. All that is known is that the present head of the Vinarii household himself had saved one of the youngest members of this small family.
All that remains from this past are her damaged eyesight, and the lifelong debt that Tiggy serves, operating as a loyal right hand man to Monkeus Vinarius. Her bubbly and curious personality may not match the typical image one might have of the Vinarii, but it would be remiss to reduce her to just a friendly face. Serving under the administrative department, she has a knack for picking up skills and information. Her loyalty runs deep and she is willing to do whatever she can if it means furthering the goals of the Vinarii household.

day 1 Axo was like ur not skilled enough to contribute to this family and then some other random guy was like ur not allowed to speak on behalf of the Vinarius business and I was like ok FINE I won't help them then (ooc it's cause I felt bad annoying Monkee 😭) but then I went to my old friend gradulus who works at the Valerius house
Who made my glasses and with him and another worker at the Valerius house we started the glasses company
And also we had kids who died but that's like a side plot, so then he sponsored the glasses company
Erm and then using my connections from the company and as a patrician I spent a year helping rose start her charity and run for Tribune and that's how we fell in love awww
And I was like damn I low-key have no personal ties to the Vinarius family now other than I kinda owe Monkee my life and then he DIED and she low-key was like wait I shld just like leave
And alot of other patrician families prior offered to adopt her
So lonely but then all the Valerius started getting involved with religious drama and she HATES religion and then when she finds out axo is the person leading a charge for specifically revenge she's like ok this is way better than getting involved in religious drama
Also I was like of axo being mean convinced her to stop helping the family axo being nice and asking her to help wld totally convince her to go back cause homegirl loves validation
And then I died but I also got alot of my friends killed
Cause I recruited them all thinking we wld win
