Biography

Donutella Vinarius is the third born child of Monkeus Vinarius, and the identical twin sister of Sygnus Vinarius. Like all the Vinarii, Donutella was raised to be competitive to the point of toxicity and self-destruction. She was never opposed to using her siblings to propel herself into higher heights in her eagerness to please her father.

While her family rejected the gods’ hand in their families fall and rise from ___, Donutella kindled the idea and soon decided that her purpose in her family would be to keep them in the Gods’ good graces and return the worship that is expected by them. She spent her youth in the temples, mostly catering to the Temple of Saturn, where she would coax and draw in others to participate in group prayer. Impressed by her piety, the High Priests and Pontifex at the time brought her into their fold, where eventually she would be considered to take one of their positions.

Donutella was the first of her siblings to claim a grand title in the city of Rome: High Priestess, and all at the age of 18.

Her piety only drew her further and further away from the Vinarius both emotionally, and physically, as her siblings grew contempt for her.

Like the rest of the Vinarius, Donutella thought the plebeians as sub-human, and that they didn’t have the mind nor the wit to have a say in how the Patrician’s lead Rome. The Gods made them to labour, to alleviate the physical responsibilities of the Patrician’s so they may better Rome and bring themselves to greater heights. Still, she remained outwardly friendly towards them to further her station and status, hoping to gain their sympathies and affection so that when she might need something of them, they would be happy to be of service.
