Biography

Sweet, proud, and outgoing, Octavia is House Lucretia's eldest daughter who was born into a longstanding patrician household. She remembers her mother, Aemilia Lucretia Tricipinus, and father being very doting and attentive of her. Octavia was raised in an environment of affection and attentiveness. With all the world's warmth and love in her heart, her friends and family are always subject to silly whimsy when they're around her. Her early years were marked by curiosity and enthusiasm, including a brief fascination with military life that led to training in swordsmanship and archery. Though she eventually left martial pursuits behind, the discipline and awareness remained.

In her adolescence, she took on a more social role, becoming well-regarded among peers for her wit and ability to bring people together. This trajectory shifted sharply with the sudden and unexplained death of her father. In the aftermath, Octavia suppressed her grief to stabilize the household, stepping into a caretaking and managerial role as her mother withdrew emotionally. She is known for absolutely doting on her family, doing everything in her power to offer them a warm support system to distract from all else. To assist her family in times of stress, she maintains connections with other Patricians and hosts the occasional social event to boost their family's standing. She aims to have eyes and ears everywhere and maintain strong social standing to ensure their family keeps a leg up in the empire.

Since then, she has focused on preserving and elevating her family’s standing. She cultivates relationships among other patricians, organizes social gatherings, and maintains a network of information to keep her household informed and prepared. Alongside this, she serves in a minor administrative capacity within the church, supporting her younger sister and higher-ranking figures while managing records and coordination. Though not especially ambitious for power or inclined to place attention on herself, she is deeply committed to ensuring her family’s continued relevance and security.
