Liber is a group of underground revolutionaries, looking to change the future of Rome.

The corrupt government has taken advantage of us Plebians for far too long! They keep sending us to war, or extort us for all our money, just to keep all the spoils and riches to themselves. When was the last time a war or taxes actually brought us things we need, as Plebians? When was the last time the people in power actually did anything good with us in mind? Meanwhile, these Patricians are out here hoarding everything, getting richer as we speak. We have had enough. It's time to make our voices heard. We've been begging for too long, if they don't want to listen, we WILL make them listen.

Liber has been waiting in the shadows for years, scheming, preparing, and finally, during the plight of the Republic, they find themselves stepping into the limelight. They state they are here to change the times, to take out all the corruption of the Republic:

Everyone deserves equal chances and the right to have dreams. We deserve to live peacefully, not worrying about surviving the next day.
